Formed from the ruins of the faded SUPERPUNK, they themselves tend to be a bit lowbrow and like to call themselves the "twelfth best band in West Hamburg". What a load of garbage! Because let's tell it like it is: how dull would it be without these five ordinary gentlemen? Dull it would be! With refreshing stubbornness, they sit boldly between all the chairs, are inspired by the idea of original punk and release great pop songs, strongly influenced by the three big "M's" - MADNESS, Motown, MODERN LOVERS. Their latest album "Egg Benedict" is once again about the good, the true and the beautiful, a colorful musical film noir, a Tuesday in major, agit-pop for dancing at Schloss Mühlenhof. Anyone who has liked their mishmash of DIY northern soul, (indie) pop, 60s and whatever else, the wide-eyed guitar pop enriched with horns, banjo, flutes, sitar and children's instruments, will love it now.
