With its Conductors’ Academy—as it did with the successful academies in 2016 and 2020—Musik Podium Stuttgart offers conductors the opportunity to deepen their craft in the musical metropolis of Stuttgart, gain new inspiration, and work at the highest artistic level.
Internationally sought-after as a leader of conducting master classes and workshops, Frieder Bernius has been sharing his knowledge worldwide for decades—from Sydney to Paris, Jerusalem, and Barcelona to Kyoto, and most recently in Lisbon. This year, he will be assisted by Tristan Meister (Mannheim) and the Stuttgart Chamber Choir—one of Europe’s most renowned choirs, founded by Bernius himself.
