ECLAT Festival Neue Musik Stuttgart 2026

For the first time at ECLAT Festival neue Musik there will be a children's ECLAT. The program from 6 to 8 February 2026 includes "BÄ!" - a music theater by Clemens K. Thomas and Miriam Götz, the concert-narrative "About Robots and Other People" and the Ukrainian-German concert-narrative "Malanka".

In the depths of winter, it seems quiet in the Ukrainian forest... but listen carefully! The forest spirit Lisovyk lives in the crackling ground, the nymph Mavka lives in the tall trees and the water spirit Vodianyk dances in the icy streams.
Together with Malin and Marta, we go into the enchanted forest and celebrate Malanka, a wild winter festival with lots of music to wake up spring!
With snippets of music by Salvatore Sciarrino, Carola Bauckholt, Marta Haladzhun, Iris ter Schiphorst, Clara Iannotta and many others, Malin and Marta bring the creatures of Ukrainian mythology to life.
