Cooking course - Fine Japanese cuisine at the Sonja Lenz cooking school in Stuttgart-Hedelfingen
In 2017, I went on a round trip to Japan and was deeply impressed by the country and its people. I was particularly impressed by the flavorful cuisine, which offers lightness, freshness and lots of feel-good moments.
