Our Fish BBQs are a very special experience for all lovers of fresh fish and seafood. Meat components play only a minor role today - the stars are the inhabitants of the rivers, lakes and seas, which will be served to you in abundance on Friday evening, directly from the barbecue barrel or from the buffet. Not only enjoyment, but also sustainability plays a major role - the Riverhouse is involved in a unique crowdfarming project and uses its own fish stocks to breed golden trout as needed and only buys products with the MSC seal, an eco-label for fish and seafood from sustainable wild fishing.
