Friendships between colleagues are widespread and characterize our working lives. They promote satisfaction, cohesion and performance - but can also create role conflicts and tensions.

The lecture will shed light on the opportunities and challenges of workplace friendships and provide ideas on how leadership and collaboration can benefit from them. Professor Fasbender will present her research on the topic and give an insight into how to approach these questions scientifically.
