The French Film Festival will take place in Stuttgart at the arthouse cinema “atelier am bollwerk,” the Institut Français Stuttgart, and the Linden Museum. The festival opens with “La vie d’une femme” by Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet and closes with “Le journal d’une femme de chambre” by Radu Jude.

The program features three to four French films in their original language each day, usually with German subtitles. The screenings are complemented by discussions and meet-and-greets with guests from the film industry. The program also includes a family program on October 31 and November 1, a school film program featuring five films, a women’s film night, and two short film programs.
