Gemeinsam für eine gerechtere Kulturlandschaft in Stuttgart

With the project "Auf jetzt, Stuttgart! For a fairer cultural landscape", KUBI-S is campaigning for more cultural participation. As part of the project, a survey on racism in Stuttgart's cultural landscape is planned. The survey concept will be presented at the event and there will be space for discussion.

The aim of "Let's go, Stuttgart! For a fairer cultural landscape" is to strengthen cultural participation, to make discriminatory and racist exclusions and their consequences visible and to jointly develop ways for a fairer cultural practice.

The starting point of the project is a survey on racism in Stuttgart's cultural landscape, which is to be carried out in 2026. The survey concept developed together with a group of experts will be presented at the kick-off event on 29.01.2026.

At the same time, the event will provide a protected space for exchange, impulses and feedback, accompanied by awareness measures.

- People who experience racism
- Communities and organizations that work with or support racialized people
- Associations, initiatives and networks
- Cultural actors and representatives of cultural institutions
- Everyone who wants to work for a fairer cultural landscape

The event sees itself as a place for listening, respectful exchange and networking, based on openness and a shared desire for change.

The event starts at 18:00 (admission from 17:30), registration is possible until 16.01.2026.
