Whether boomers, millennials or Gen Z - between experienced history and real fears of the future, we are coming together in a present that is by no means lacking in burning questions. It is easy to accuse the elderly of a lack of understanding and the young of naivety. However, it is not only years of life that divide us into generations, but also different levels of experience and expectations that push us into bubbles, between which new fronts are constantly emerging depending on the point of contention. At Generation.conflict, we want to question and break through these boundaries. Experts from various fields come together to celebrate productive discourse on changing socio-political topics. The audience is always invited to contribute their own perspectives. Where do we assume differences and where do unexpected alliances arise?
