You are cordially invited to join us in celebrating this service with body and soul - to get moving on the outside and let yourself be moved and touched on the inside. We are taking up an old monastic tradition in which praying with the body was a natural and lively practice and was practiced at all ages.
The Institute for Traditional European Medicine has taken up this form of prayer and developed it further in its own approach, the Jugum. Body, mind and soul are addressed equally here, opening up new approaches to personal prayer and communal celebration. This brings prayer to life in a refreshing way.
Carried by the word and silence, impulses and music, body prayer leads to the celebration of the Eucharist.
