Gzuz is one of Germany's best-known gangsta rappers and a member of the hip-hop group 187 Strassenbande. He is known for his distinctive style and his influence on the German rap scene.

2025 Gzuz is opening the next chapter of his career: The new album Scherbenhaus, which will be released on July 25, 2025, heralds a work that sets new accents both musically and in terms of content. The first single Bengel already provides a taste of the upcoming album - loud, uncompromising and straight from the street. Scherbenhaus delivers the usual force - but with more depth than ever before. You can feel that Gzuz has not stood still, but has grown.

The previously announced documentary Licht & Schatten will be released on August 1, 2025 to accompany the release - a captivating, unembellished close-up of an artist caught between two worlds, fighting for his family and against his own demons at the same time. The documentary will be released exclusively on Prime Video and follows Gzuz over many months - more private, vulnerable and real than ever before. It provides intense impressions of the creation process of Scherbenhaus and offers rare insights behind the facade of one of the country's most talked-about musicians.

After the successful Freigänger tour through Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic with over 100,000 enthusiastic fans and the sold-out Christmas shows at the end of 2024 with Bonez MC, the focus is now clearly on what is to come: Scherbenhaus and Licht & Schatten mark an artistic turning point - uncompromising, honest and deeply moving.
