TWO AROUND THE WORLD -
IN 80 DAYS WITHOUT MONEY
LIVE PHOTO & FILM SHOW BY AND WITH PAUL AND HANSEN HOEPNER

The popular globetrotters Paul and Hansen Hoepner are finally heading out into the world again! Starting in Berlin, the two travel around the globe by hitchhiking, train, bus and plane. They want to earn their money: as craftsmen, removal men and sellers of self-designed jewelry - begging is out of the question. And so they arrive in Montpellier in a rickety van. They encounter several guardian angels in Lisbon. And repair a thoroughbred rocker's favorite toy on the way to Vancouver. They learn that you can't enter Myanmar on foot, how difficult it is to earn money on India's roads and reach the train to Russia at the last minute. Fast-paced and turbulent - a typical Hoepner adventure!

"You can book the craziest trips around the world for millions of euros, but a trip like the one Paul and Hansen Hoepner took is priceless." (Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung)

PAUL HOEPNER, born on April 6, 1982 in Singen am Hohentwiel, spent a year in Australia after graduating from high school, then studied media design in Cologne and worked as a web and app designer in Berlin. In 2014, he graduated from the "Human Factors" course at TU Berlin.
HANSEN HOEPNER, born five minutes before his brother Paul, studied product design, goldsmithing and photography at the Academy of Fine Arts Maastricht. Since 2014, he has been working on the creative project "KAOS" (www.kaosberlin.de), where he has set up his own workshop for goldsmiths and product design.

Despite having identical DNA, the twin brothers are fundamentally different, but their shared adventures bring them together in an unusual way. In addition to their adventures, Paul and Hansen are currently strengthening the Business by Nature team as developers and inventors. As part of this, they are co-founders of the innovation lab littlebigInnovation, in which they develop sustainable future products in participatory collaboration with children and young people.an live on a former farm in the south of Munich.
