∅ Hiatus - eine Performance von Steven Solbrig

Location:
Städtisches Lapidarium, Mörikestraße 24/1, 70178 Stuttgart
Date
July 23, 2025, 5:30 PM

The Stuttgart Lapidarium displays carved stones from several centuries. They document life, death and the Renaissance. Artist Steven Solbrig embarks on a search for what is not (or no longer) present, for fractures and gaps, far beyond the open-air museum.

In a short site-specific performance with associations as fleeting as images in passing clouds, Steven Solbrig offers a possible filling of voids from a queer/disabled perspective, an opening of the view to what is there, in reference to what is absent, without turning back.

Research, concept, performance: Steven Solbrig
Dramaturgical advice: Felicia Daniel

The performance will take place as part of the presentation of the remembrance concept of the Coordination Office for Remembrance Culture of the Stuttgart Cultural Office on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
