Ich sehe deinen Witz - Comedy mit Gebärdensprache

Location:
Renitenztheater, Büchsenstr. 26, 70174 Stuttgart

Laughter understands every language - and today even two at the same time!
Our special comedy evening not only features great artists on stage, but also two sign language interpreters who translate every spoken word into the lively world of sign language. The result is a show in which humor becomes audible and visible.
This new project invites people to try out sign language in the world of theater, to rediscover it and to establish it as a natural part of cultural events. Through shared art, shared laughter and new forms of communication, we want to experience how enriching an open cultural space can be for everyone.
And because this is comedy, humor is of course expressly permitted - and even recommended! Comedy is a stage art that touches us emotionally, lightens our everyday lives for a moment and makes us laugh together. This laughter also releases happiness hormones - a side effect that we are very happy to accept.
So look forward to an evening that connects, inspires and, above all, does one thing: laugh together - with words, with hands and with a lot of heart.
Our guest in the first show is Stuttgart's magic world champion and comedian Thomas Fröschle alias TOPAS. Our partners in this project are the sign language interpreters Rita Mohlau and Selin Türk.
