Five years after their divorce, Angelika and Rainer meet again at their youngest daughter's wedding. Quite ordinary, isn't it?
But by an unfortunate coincidence, the two end up locked in the old wine cellar of the castle where the wedding is being celebrated.

With no chance of escaping from each other, they are now stuck on top of each other and it's time to settle accounts. Who made what mistakes and who didn't. Was their relationship just a dream that burst like a soap bubble? Who is to blame for what? Was anyone to blame at all? Or were they simply not right for each other?

Nevertheless, they try to make the best of the situation and a few bottles of wine do the rest to see things in a different light.
