The Halprin Life/Art Process is a holistic approach that is used both in artistic settings and in therapeutic contexts.
In the combination of body awareness, dancing, painting and writing, a deep encounter with oneself, others and the world can become possible.
In this process, we can arrive in our own body and find access to creativity and vitality.

Organizer:
Regine Lehrer was trained many years ago by Anna Halprin and Daria Halprin as a
Tamalpa Practitioner and teaches for the Tamalpa Institute in the German training in Freiburg. She works as a body and dance therapist BTD
in the psychosomatic day clinic at the Robert Bosch Hospital and in her own practice, as well as a teaching therapist BTD and supervisor BTD in the international master's program at the SRH in Heidelberg.

The appointments focus on different areas of the body as an approach to
body and self-experience. Registration is possible for individual appointments or
for all three appointments together.

The cost for a single appointment is 40 - 60€, depending on your self-assessment.
The cost for the entire course series is 100 - 150€.
