Including exhibition tour Guided tour: Lilian Contzen

Dominik Wendland does not draw real figures and objects, but dynamic panels with morphing forms. Through this fluid visual language, the comic reflects on the one hand the social and situational pressure to conform, and on the other hand it tells how it can feel for people to constantly have the feeling of not fitting in, of not meeting the conditions. These are also Dominik Wendland's experiences, which he translates into art in a clever and witty way, inspired by classic manga series such as "Sailor Moon" and "Neo Genesis" Evangelion. Stuttgart-based art mediator Lilian Contzen will guide everyone, especially visually impaired and blind visitors, through the multi-sensory exhibition in one hour.

An exhibition of the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung. The inclusive mediation level was funded by the City of Stuttgart / KUBI-S Netzwerk Kulturelle Bildung Stuttgart and developed in collaboration with pupils from Nikolauspflege, Tilly-Lahnstein-Schule and Betty-Hirsch-Schule.
