Workshop with Impro Theater Stuttgart: Impro can do more than just loosen up: it strengthens self-confidence, spontaneity and team spirit. In this workshop with reference to educational practice, improv games are used specifically to promote group processes and strengthen social skills in a playful way.

Improvisational theater can do much more than just loosen things up: it strengthens self-confidence, imagination, spontaneity and team spirit - skills that children and young people urgently need in schools, daycare centers and youth centers.

In this experience-based workshop with a real connection to educational practice, you will discover how improv games can be used specifically to promote group processes and strengthen social skills in a playful way. You will try out for yourself how improv theater works in an age-appropriate way - from primary school children to teenagers, from WUP to improv shows. You will actively immerse yourself in acting, try out the basic principles yourself and experience lively group dynamics. At the same time, we will analyze which social processes are triggered in play and how you can transfer these insights into your everyday pedagogical work - for more connection, creativity and cohesion in your groups.

Trainer and actress Stephanie Hunger has been an ensemble member of Improtheater Stuttgart since 2005. She worked as a social and group educator for 17 years and teaches social groupwork and
play pedagogy at the Cooperative State University.
