Exhibition at the House of the Catholic Church
"An artist who has been exploring the panel painting in all its complexity and ambiguity since the 1980s. She works with oil paint on canvas and creates an appropriate form of exhibition." This was recently written about me. What does that mean?
I have been exploring the appeal of paintings since I was born, not just since my studies. The motifs are nothing out of the ordinary and are not complete as individual exhibits. I don't even know what a picture is made for or what it is used for. I just see what the pictures can become.
