Together we will prepare classics and modern dishes from Japanese cuisine:
Edamame and crispy tempura with vegetables & prawns
Ramen soup with dashi and miso
Unagi-Nigiri, sashimi with tuna and salmon and real, freshly imported wasabi from Japan
Okonomiyaki - delicious pancakes
