The great Austrian actor and lieder singer Gottfried Breitfuß was a member of the Stuttgart Staatsschauspiel ensemble until 2005. He then worked at the Schauspielhaus Zürich for 20 years. He celebrated his farewell in 2025 with a magnificent Georg Kreisler evening. Joe Bauer held the laudatory speech. Gottfried Breitfuß was once a guest on the Rosenaubühne many times: he played here with Ernst Konarek in the extremely successful Staatstheater production of "Indien".
