jolle - Balloons Hold Tour 2026
Almost instinctively, jolle is always where stimuli overflow; where intense emotions collide; where surreal bright lights cast surreal dark shadows. The Hamburg native is accustomed to the simultaneity of extremes—this bipolarity between exuberance and uncertainty, shades of gray and neon colors, euphoric and excessive mania, infectious positivity, and depressive abysses. jolle’s universe is not merely an intersection of pop, indie, and rap ballads, but always a boiling point of these coexisting elements—an authentic reflection of her personality. In the fast-paced, ever-evolving, and far-from-complete process of artistic self-discovery, jolle has, not least, gotten to know herself better and, as she puts it, “continued to open Pandora’s box.”
jolle has hardly forced her career as an artist—even though she was born a multi-creative, chaotic spirit in the best sense of the word. She grew up as the child of Polish parents in Herford, East Westphalia, studied in Bielefeld, and finally found her home in Hamburg. More by chance than anything else, she began experimenting with melodies and rhyme patterns in the Hanseatic city’s creative scene—a scene into which she was naturally and seamlessly integrated; in fact, her talent was recognized even before her first visit to a recording studio. Armed with her first songs, jolle took the stage starting in 2022—even then, an enormous act of courage. No sooner had her debut EP “diffus” been released than she was unexpectedly mentioned on the most relevant German “Artists to Watch” lists.
While jolle’s songs are playing on numerous renowned radio stations—from 1LIVE to N-JOY—she and her full band play an impressive fifty-four shows in the calendar year 2024 alone, ranging from Fritz Open Air to the DEICHBRAND Festival. A spectacular, textbook-perfect start to her career—if it weren’t for the constant doubt, the heavy burden on jolle’s shoulders, and the repeated realization that the music industry is a deeply unromantic place, one she feels ill-equipped to handle, especially during moments of personal crisis. Throughout 2024, jolle struggles more than ever with the spotlight and her life plan; time and again, she’s on the verge of burying her music career entirely. Because curses and blessings always go hand in hand in her life, jolle takes a giant step closer to her vision of the perfect sound precisely during this time.
At the end of 2024, her second EP, “stunde null,” is released—songs like “petrichor,” “parisienne,” and “wir gehen rein” garner a ton of positive feedback. As if fate were determined to prevent her from throwing in the towel in the midst of her self-discovery, a song sketch casually posted on TikTok in January 2025—titled “alle märchen sind gelogen”—goes viral, permanently changing jolle’s life. Now everything is happening very quickly: a single release, Spotify playlists like “Hot Hits Deutschland” and “Popland,” the official German singles charts, and then even a collaboration with Cro, who transformed “alle märchen sind gelogen” into the track “Märchenwald.”
Jolle is the artist of the moment—and is practically overwhelmed by the hype surrounding her. Her anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed grow in proportion to her success; at times, her cell phone remains in airplane mode for weeks on end. Once again, in this situation, great art emerges from gnawing self-doubt: In the summer of 2025, jolle crowns her breakthrough with the EP “petrichor acoustics,” born out of an acoustic jam session, on which she reimagines five of her previously released songs and supplements two tracks with parts by Edo Saiya and Savvy. At the same time, she bravely battles her stage fright on the biggest stages possible: jolle takes the stage—along with her band and her microphone stand draped with stuffed animals—at venues including the main stage of the splash! Festival and the Open Air St. Gallen
As the opening act for Tokio Hotel and Cro, she eventually performs her songs in front of well over ten thousand spectators at Berlin’s Wuhlheide—her “ultimate challenge.” As if all that weren’t exciting enough, jolle collaborates with anaïs in late summer 2025, before her solo single “50 stufen grau” kicks off a new chapter in her career. jolle now knows exactly how jolle’s music should sound; she’s also begun to sharpen her perspective on the world with every new song. Through numerous sessions, she’s currently working on her debut album. It’s set to be released in the summer of 2026 on her own label in collaboration with Ventura Records.
