Youthful Magic
“As a harmonic instrument, the piano makes it possible to bring an entire orchestra to life,” enthuses Justus Eichhorn. “Music allows us to tell stories and share emotions for which there are often no words.” Since the age of ten, the 16-year-old pianist has been captivating audiences internationally with his brilliant technique, impressive virtuosity, and extraordinary musicality. He also enjoys a large fan base on social media. At the age of nine, he became a young student at the Franz Liszt University of Music in Weimar, and in 2019, as the youngest participant, he won first prize at the “Carl Bechstein Competition” in Berlin. A study abroad program also took him to the world-renowned Juilliard School in New York. Justus Eichhorn recently signed with Deutsche Grammophon, where his debut album will be released shortly.
During his guest performance in the Mozart Hall of the Liederhalle, he will play, among other works, Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata” as well as pieces by Bach, Liszt, and Fazıl Say.
