Gretel finds much joy in a summery forest: the colorful flowers smell so enchanting, the hedgehog family invites her to play, the hare practices long jumps. She dances and sings cheerful songs and the children join in too. But this is exactly what the witch Mögenix can't stand. The evil one tolerates no noise, no joy, no games. Out of her anger, she turns the summery forest into a cold, snowy winter wonderland. And the cheerful Gretel is enchanted into a tiny little mouse. Now she has to lead a miserable existence with the witch. If Punch hadn't come to the forest, things could have been very bad for everyone. Well then, let's see how the little clever one copes with this story.
