Kathi Wolf

Kathi Wolf is a psychologist - and her own best customer. In the constant carousel of thoughts, even the self-proclaimed best slap gets dizzy, sometimes the ride ends in world-weariness, sometimes in activism. In a balancing act between stand-up comedy and political cabaret, the amateur boxer fights against the stigmatization of mental disorders, explores her own and society's "special effects" in a hilarious way and also likes to get into the ring with the patriarchy.
In times of extreme therapy shortages, quacks and faith healers are up to mischief and the capitalist exploitation of one's own suffering is more recognized than the actual illness in times of social media. The receipt comes - from the best slap in person.
Why do fewer women than men go into politics? What does a family line-up in the Bundestag look like? And what happens when a member of parliament comes to her for therapy? With words, humor and music, she brings psychological expertise with a twinkle in her eye and political cabaret to the stage.
The best slap proves it: Humor is a form of therapy.
