KLAGE - SCHICKSAL - ERLÖSUNG

Location:
Ev. Markuskirche, Filderstraße 22, 70180 Stuttgart
Date
Tomorrow, 5:00 PM

Impressive and rousing works by Julius Reubke, Maurice Ravel and Franz Liszt.

The organists Brigitta-Selestine Petropavlova and Bérénice Nuss study at the HMDK Stuttgart in the class of Prof. Helmut Deutsch.

A special highlight is a premiere in the middle of the program: For the first time, the 4-hand organ transcription of the suite "Le tombeau de Couperin" by Maurice Ravel will be heard, which Helmut Deutsch made and which will be played by both organists together.

The organ music will be accompanied by Antje Peter, who studies speech art at the HMDK and will recite texts from the 94th Psalm as well as from Arthur Rimbaud and Victor Hugo.

Come along and listen to the organ of St. Mark's Church in all its diversity!
