With “Klavierolymp,” the Klassische Philharmonie Bonn concludes the season with Beethoven in all his splendor: festively opening with the overture to “King Stephen,” crowned by the grand Piano Concerto in E-flat Major, “Emperor,” and culminating in the cheerful, energetic Eighth Symphony. At the piano: Jonas Stark, winner of the Beethoven Competition. An evening full of classical beauty, Viennese musical culture, and passionate excitement—a season finale that brings Beethoven to life.
