Get to know traditional Swabian cuisine in a practical way!
In this cooking course, you will prepare typical Swabian classics together with other participants - from hand-scraped spaetzle to traditional desserts. You will receive valuable tips on preparation, regional ingredients and Swabian cooking culture.
The course is practical, sociable and ideal for anyone who wants to experience authentic Swabian cuisine. Whether you are a beginner or an amateur cook, after a short introduction we start cooking straight away.
You will actively participate, learn traditional techniques and receive helpful professional tips. Afterwards, we will enjoy the prepared dishes together in a relaxed atmosphere.
This is what we cook together:
- Swabian Maultaschen with Flädle in beef broth
- Lentils with hand-scraped spaetzle and string sausages
- Sauerkraut with Buabaspitzle and pork cheeks
- Beef roulades with Swabian potato salad
- Oven dumplings with vanilla sauce
Including all drinks, rental apron and recipes.
