Sushi cooking course - the magic of Japanese cuisine
At the Sonja Lenz cooking school in Stuttgart-Hedelfingen, you will learn the basics of sushi preparation in a relaxed atmosphere.
You will practise nigiri, classic maki, temaki, California maki and gunkan and learn how to combine and process vegetables, omelettes and various seafood correctly.
The course starts with a miso soup. It ends with you enjoying your own sushi creations and taking them home with you.
The menu is complemented by a small roast beef. Japanese beer, wine or non-alcoholic drinks are provided.
Aprons are available to borrow and you will receive the recipes as a PDF afterwards.
Suitable alternatives are available for vegetarians and people with allergies. Please inform the organizers in advance
