Mastering conflicts - Content:
By nature, there seem to be two types of people in particular:

Type A - likes to deal with conflict:
"This needs to be resolved - then it's off the table!"

And type B shies away from every little argument:
"Oh dear - I'd better get out of the way before it gets out of hand."

Interestingly, both types sometimes wish they belonged to the other group. Namely when type A has once again opened their mouth prematurely and too wide:
"I wish I'd kept my mouth shut!"
Or when type B has once again said nothing and has to take the blame for other people's mistakes:

"And now I have to deal with this crap again!"

The goal for next time: master the conflict
Either way, it would be good for both of you to know which conflict you should face and which you might prefer to avoid. It would also be helpful if both parties learned to speak their mind confidently and treat their counterpart with respect - so that both sides benefit.
