Experience a unique combination of yoga and creativity!

On the occasion of the exhibition "Side by Side - Young Women Artists Meet Adolf Hölzel" by Lucie Mara Bornmann and Johanna Wunderlich, we have developed an accompanying program designed to empower women and focus on the promotion of female positions. However, men are just as welcome.

Experience a unique combination of yoga and creativity! Under the guidance of experienced yoga teacher Manuela Ries and art educator Anke Böhm, we will begin with a 30-minute yoga session in the exhibition of two young female artists. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to put their own creative ideas into practice in the art school. Let your body and mind come into harmony in a relaxed way and develop your artistic side.
