One room. One woman - and her fear. In her pared-down but captivating production, Lisa Wildmann embodies Irene Wagner - a woman who is thrown off balance by an affair, is blackmailed and increasingly loses the ground beneath her feet.

A play with guilt, shame and the fear of her own collapse - direct, haunting and oppressively close. Lisa Wildmann received the 2023 Recognition Award for Stage Art from the state of Upper Austria for her adaptation and performance of "Angst". In Stuttgart alone, she played 40 sold-out performances - over 100 in total.
