Martin Sasse Quartett feat. Harry Allen

Harry Allen is currently the hottest swing saxophonist in the world. He is known as the Frank Sinatra of the tenor saxophone.

He has worked with Tony Bennett, Ray Brown, Kenny Burrell, Tommy Flanagan and many others. The press says about him: "Harry combines the technique of Stan Getz, Al Cohn's ideas and the time of Zoot Sims."

In the course of his stage career, Martin Sasse has worked with almost all the legends of international jazz and has long been one of the outstanding jazz pianists in Europe himself.

In 2025, the two will be touring Europe together as a quartet and presenting their latest CD "Live at Bird's Eye". The rhythm section consists of Martin Gjakonovski on bass and Joost van Schaik on drums.
