Matze, die kleine Miezekatze

The Theater in der Badewanne presents the puppet show "Matze - die kleine Miezekatze". Miss Buchfink lives alone until one day a clumsy kitten appears and takes her heart by storm. The touching story about closeness and trust is told with puppetry, dance, song and shadow play.

Miss Buchfink lives all alone until one day a kitten sits under her sofa. Clumsy and awkward - she quickly takes this kitten to her heart. Humans and kittens may not speak the same language, but it is all the nicer that they understand each other without words. A story about how cats sometimes scratch - and humans sometimes meow.

As we all know, cats choose people, not people choose cats. What luck that the kitten chooses Miss Chaffinch! The children experience how the two get closer and grow fonder of each other. But as cute as a kitten is, it is still a living creature with a mind of its own.

The touching story is told in a colorful mixture of puppetry, dance, song and shadow play.
