"Meine vier Leben"

Mina Gampel has an eventful life story, which she has recorded in a book from which she will read to us. She was born during the Nazi era as the eighth child of a Jewish family and spent her early years on the run. After the end of the war, the family
lived in the newly founded Poland. In 1957, she emigrated to Israel with her husband before moving to Germany in 1967. Here she fulfilled her dream of becoming an artist. Time and again, Mina Gampel had to start a new life, find her way in foreign cultures and learn new languages.
