Works by W. A. Mozart, Mozart-Grieg, J. Brahms and W. Lutoslawski will be performed by Vebjorn Anvik and Florian Wiek - piano
In addition to masterpieces such as Mozart's Sonata for two pianos and the Haydn Variations by J. Brahms, this program includes two works by Mozart for which Edvard Grieg composed a second piano part. It is extremely rare that we have the opportunity to hear how Mozart's works were perceived by other composers. Some things may sound strange at first, but we gain a deep insight into musical perception in the Romantic era.
