The joy of playing and taking risks are NETZER's motivation to translate their favorite music into a jazz-infused live language. Just as unconventional as the unauthorized substitution of their namesake, the guitar trio around Fanta 4 guitarist Markus Birkle combines improvisation and interaction with the aesthetics of contemporary club culture. Energy flows and great arcs are spanned.
NETZER has been giving concerts for 27 years now and is the creative playground of three friends: guitarist Markus Birkle is notorious for his sound-conscious playing. He plays a wide variety of stringed instruments, creates all kinds of effects and feeds them into his loop device. Mr. Bodenseh plays electric bass and Moog. He is both a merciless foundation and a free-swinging pendulum. Oli Rubow (Hattler, DePhazz) loves the socket and loves to chase his minimal drum kit through wonderful echo worlds.
