invites you to an intense aroma and taste experience. Spices such as cardamom, cumin, coriander, allspice, saffron and rose water characterize the course and guide you step by step through aromatic traditional recipes.
You can look forward to a varied menu, starting with babaganush, stuffed dates and hummus as an appetizer, lentil soup with seafood and shakshuka, falafel and burekas with fish and salad as starters, through to hearty main courses with lamb, chicken and vegetables. To finish, indulge in baklava and a fine saffron cream, accompanied by a warming masala chai.
The course includes all drinks, an apron to borrow and the recipes will be made available as a PDF afterwards. Vegetarian options and alternatives for allergies are possible.
Our cooking school is easily accessible by underground U9/U13 and offers a hands-on, sensory cooking experience for anyone who wants to discover the cuisine of the Levant.
