Poet Naira Kochar and singer-songwriter Lilit Kärcher-Sargsyan create a bilingual evening between poetry and sound. Armenian and German texts, their own songs and poems are interwoven into a poetic-musical journey.

Two strong voices, two independent artists, a special afternoon:

Poet Naira Kochar takes the audience on a poetic journey in her new Armenian-language poetry collection "On the Wings of Light". Her poems - full of love for her homeland, for God, full of philosophical depth and emotion - will be recited in two languages (Armenian and German) and complemented by excerpts from her German-language volume "Jenseits des Schmerzes".

Lilit Kärcher-Sargsyan, poet, songwriter and choir director, unfolds her own artistic world. With her own poems and songs, inspired by Armenian church music and modern song tradition, she gives the evening an unmistakable timbre.
