Is stand-up comedy suitable for critical political discourse? What can we learn from the eventful history of cabaret over the past hundred years? And what challenges will artists and event organizers face in 2025 if they want to combine art and entertainment with political aspirations?

As a performance collective, we will enter into a dialog with stand-up comedian EXPERT BY IDENTITY aka Moritz Sauer, journalist and author Barbara B. Peter and the director of the Renitenztheater, Roland Mahr. The discussion will be complemented by contributions from stand-up comedian Edwin Ramirez.
