Bicycle culture meets cinematic art: From September 25 to 27, 2026, the RAD FILM FEST will celebrate its premiere in Stuttgart!
The plaza in front of “St. Maria als …” on Tübinger Straße will become a free cycling and community festival for the city’s residents. This volunteer-run project celebrates cycling with a diverse program of films, panel discussions, and workshops.
Concept:
The central event is a FILM FESTIVAL that brings the best and most moving stories about bicycles to the big screen. Here, we celebrate the connection between bicycles and film. We create an emotional communal experience that inspires, entertains, and brings people together. The curated films will be recognized in categories such as SUSTAINABILITY, INNOVATION, EXPERIMENT, ADVENTURE, SOCIETY, CHILDREN’S FILMS, SPORTS, and CULTURE.
Alongside the film program, we are establishing a high-caliber SYMPOSIUM that makes the Rad Film Fest a relevant meeting place for industry experts and decision-makers. Format: A mix of keynote speeches by thought leaders, panel discussions with experts from business and politics, and interactive workshops that invite participants to get involved.
