Reading and concert: captivating literature and lively jazz, suspense and surprise. An incomparable program in which literature and music enrich and flow into each other. In the atmospheric novellas of his book Wildnis (Berlin, 2022), Moritz Hildt explores the interplay between the familiar and the unpredictable - between that which seduces and that which destroys. Euroblue combines Kehrwoche, Bosch, church choir, cotton field, Baptist church and nightclub in New York, melodies of German choral societies, Celtic motifs, Balkan/Spanish scales and chorales with swing, funk, Latin American rhythms and modern grooves.
