BLACKENED BLUES Atmospheric and powerful: Blackened Blues Two guitars that shape stories. A driving rhythm of drums and bass. A singer who lives the stage.

A sound inspired by Black Sabbath: Blackened Blues fill stories and characters with life - a Jolene sinking into despair, a lonely creep in midsummer in New York. And above them all, the God Particle hovers between Heaven and Hell: pulsating and full of energy. Blackened Blues are blues soul, sluggish metal power, powerful stagecraft - intense and unadulterated.
We are Blackened Blues from the Esslingen area - five musicians who found each other at a workshop and knew immediately that we would work together.

We, Gerhard (lead guitar), Heinrich (rhythm guitar), Stefan (drums), Gerald (bass) and Nico (vocals) share a common passion for the energy of Black Sabbath, the power of heavy metal paired with the edges of the blues.

Initial ideas led to individual arrangements of well-known songs and our first own song "God Particle". Our first gigs at open stage events quickly showed that we wanted more: more stages, more energy.

With Nico on the mic and a band full of energy and experience, we bring pure joy to the stage - intense and lively.
