Glamor, chic and cheese dip are the expectations of a cosy high-society party among friends. Instead, the arriving couple are faced with a mystery: the house is empty, the host lies unconscious and shot in his room, his wife is nowhere to be found. Everything points to a suicide attempt - or does it?
In a desperate attempt to conceal the situation from the uninitiated in order to preserve their good reputation, they become ever more entangled in what soon becomes a completely impenetrable web of lies.
The touring stage TREIBGUT starts its opening tour in 2025 with Neil Simon's comedy "Rumors, Rumors", a true classic of the theater world. Look forward to a dynamic, exciting and above all funny production, full of slapstick humor and lovingly drawn characters.
