Another SAAL FREI evening is just around the corner. Improvisation creates a unique performance from different disciplines: dance, music and puppetry. The five performers are joined on stage by synthesizers, drums, cymbals and a life-size puppet. And as an audience, you can witness this heterarchical process LIVE. It may be possible to recognize parallels to "real" life. How are non-verbal decisions made? How do you deal with failure? How does the group reach a common, unagreed goal? A game with counterparts, mirroring and complementation. Three disciplines enter the multilogue and create a polydimensional structure. And nothing about it is complicated.

SAAL FREI was founded in 2018 by members of the production center and has had its artistic home here since its inception.
