Sago Song Salon

Profound lyrics, acoustic music, a look behind the scenes of being an artist and plenty of variety and entertainment: the songwriter show Sago Song Salon presents singer-songwriters in a refreshingly different way. The host and presenter of the series is Martin Betz. Betz has been a fixture on the German music cabaret scene for decades, a true poet and gifted entertainer who combines quirky humor with intellectual depth. He is also a mastermind of the songwriter community Sago, which gave the new event series its name. Betz frames the evening with his own songs and poems and rolls out the red carpet for his guests.
