"Shorties" presents thematically linked contributions from puppet theater, dance and film. The result is a multifaceted evening that combines lightness and artistic seriousness and helps to connect people with very different artistic experiences.

Inspired by imagery and artists such as Edward Hopper and Haruki Murakami, "Hochhausgeflüster" movingly depicts the loneliness of the residents of "An der Sehnsucht 137". With dance, theater and puppetry, Kokeliko Theater makes silent lives visible - and calls for togetherness. Kokeliko aims to create intense and accessible theater experiences that aim to shed new light on important topics and reach the audience emotionally.

the Glory of it
A dance piece by Saskia Hamala & Leonard Exner

In approx. 15 minutes, Saskia Hamala and Leonard Exner present a poetic dance journey about the beauty of the fleeting moment. The two artists combine presence, movement and mutual openness - Leonard dances with trisomy 21, which is part, but not the center of the work. "The Glory of It" emerged from an intensive collaborative process since summer 2023 and has already been shown as a work in progress at the inclusive festival "Fusionen" in Dresden.
