Talk and guided tour with Laureen Laser in cooperation with Stefanie Oberhoff / GÜTESIEGEL KULTUR* in the Galerie b series

An exhibition dedicated to flies, which are generally considered a nuisance? Why? A talk and a guided tour offer answers: "Every fly has the right to move around in public spaces without swatting flies and as annoyingly as necessary." These are just some of the laws in the great fly law book, written by a young swarm of flies. The reason: the death of a parent fly from a fly swatter. The fly is generally regarded as superfluous and meaningless, an annoying, obnoxious companion that seeks to defile everything. It is denied intimacy, it is not loved, it is killed. Attracted by inflammation, excretion and corruption, it is aware of everything that happens in the world. The alarmingly large piles everywhere prompt the flies to give the first public reading of Fly Rights in the city library.

As part of the 39th Stuttgart Film Winter - Festival for Expanded Media from 14.01.-21.01.2026 with the motto "Shit | Gold" | In cooperation with Filmwinter.de and Wand 5 e. V.
