With its warm nights, summer offers a good opportunity for a "walk in the firmament". In this presentation, the star projector is used and visitors are given tips on how to orient themselves in the summer starry sky

and travel along the stars and constellations typical of this time of year. The arc leads from Polaris to Hercules, right through the summer triangle to the winged horse Pegasus. If you leave the bright surroundings of the big city, you can also see the shimmering band of light of the Milky Way in summer. Objects worth seeing, which can also be seen through an observatory telescope, are explained. It also takes you on a virtual journey to the southern hemisphere of the earth: to New Zealand and to constellations that are unfamiliar to us.

this program is also suitable for middle and upper

school classes.
