In this project, the children design and program their own toy heroes from recycled materials.
With the help of Makey Makeys, Scratch and tablets, they bring their heroes to life. Similar to the movie Toy Story, the programmed toy hero learns to solve various challenges and tell his story of sustainability. Play and fun are the top priorities for the Strong Future Makers. The world of technology and sustainability opens up all by itself! The workshop includes a lunch break - please bring a snack with you. The children can bring a broken, discarded toy for the workshop as well as cardboard, e.g. a shoe box for building. Parents, siblings and friends are invited to the presentation of the results from 3 pm.
